Hittle is seeking a Senior Field Manager for our Maintenance Division a leader with an entrepreneurial and ambitious drive to lead other Field Managers and Crews.

What Youll Do:
- Lead and inspire an awesome team of landscaping crews.
- Ensure exceptional service and happy clients with every project.
- Manage daily operationsschedules tools and materialswith a positive attitude.
- Train your team on best practices (and make safety a top priority!.
- Be the goto problemsolver when things need that extra touch.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role in landscaping (we value a leader who knows how to unite and motivate a team!.
- Solid understanding of landscaping tools equipment and techniques.
- A natural leader who thrives on communication and inspiring others.
- A quickthinking problemsolver with a knack for finding solutions.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
