The Business Development Manager for New Solutions will play a critical role in introducing and driving the success of our innovative technology in the advanced wound care therapeutic area. The role holder will work crossfunctionally with Global Marketing Medical Science Liaison Europe (MSL) local Market Access local commercial organisation including Sales Force Excellence to ensure seamless of both commercial and scientific strategies. They will be responsible for developing key stakeholders and key accounts achieving commercial targets and collaborating with global and local teams to ensure market penetration and longterm success of the platform. They will particularly also focus on engaging with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) orchestrate scientific activities including round tables ad boards and scientific events.
This is a highly strategic and dynamic position requiring a deep understanding of the therapeutic area to engage in peertopeer conversations with KOLs paired with strong business acumen. The successful candidate will have exceptional crossfunctional collaboration skills to navigate a matrix environment effectively with the ability to drive results through a blend of scientific and business strategies.

Travel Requirements
Ability to travel 5075 of the time including participation in facetoface meetings with customers and attending scientific events. Most trips will be including overnight travel.
