Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a highvolume bakery or catering facility.
Experience with yeast raised doughs including pretzels required.
Must be selfmotivated. Will be responsible for ordering inventory prep sheets and menu development.
Responsibilities:
Creativity with cake decorating themed sugar cookies displays etc.
Preparing dough and mixing batters.
Creating new recipes or following existing ones.
Receiving special orders from customers.
Adhering to food quality and workplace safety protocols.
Ensuring timely completion of baked products.
Designing executing and improving recipes.
Performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
Using icing glazes fillings and decorations to enhance item presentation.
Baking various desserts pastries breads and cakes using recipes and creativity.
Developing and updating menus and recipes to suit customer preferences and business needs.
Ordering stocking and managing baking ingredients and supplies.
Decorating and presenting baked goods using icings toppings and techniques.
Collaborating and communicating with other chefs and kitchen staff.
Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace and following food safety standards.
Ability to lift at least 25lbs
