A Brief Overview
Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services. Conducts market research collaborates with crossfunctional teams designs user experiences and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in usercentric design agile methodologies and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.

What you will do
  • Develops implements and maintains enhanced user experiences and digital product governance policies and standards.
  • Applies indepth knowledge to translate business needs and client needs into digital strategies and products that support clients.
  • Communicates the product vision capabilities and priorities and roadmap internally and externally.
  • Identifies opportunities for future digital products and client growth through gap analyses and client relationships analyses.
  • Coordinates with teams to develop digital products from start to finish based on client requirements.
  • Administers programs that elicit and elaborate requirements and provide management with a solutions strategy point of view and recommendations.
  • Documents findings and reports to senior management and to the broader organization influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment.
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques processes and responsibilities.
  • Conducts training for juniorlevel analysts and team members to ensure organizational standards and processes are followed.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
  • 35 years work experience in Technical Product Management
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) preferred.
  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred.

Education
  • Bachelors degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79310.00 $158620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
