Weve increased our starting salary again! Our salary range is now $53000 to $90000 with a higher starting salary and rank accounting for years of law enforcement experience and training. Officers have ample paid overtime and extra duty opportunities. Starting salary also increases with the following:

Guardians of the Hill enjoy permanent fixed shifts beginning with the patrol division with opportunities to serve in investigations K9unit traffic community services as School Resource Officers and ontheSpecial Emergency Response Team.

Officers work sidebyside with our Crisis Unit a coresponder model that has been part of our Police Department for 50 years. Officers and nonsworn crisis counselors collaborate and provide onsite emergency response to people who are experiencing a crisis.
