HSHS St. Vincent Hospital is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Technician to join our Cardiac Cath Lab supporting cardiac catheterization peripheral vascular procedures and structural heart procedures. Ideal candidates are patient focused mission driven individuals who are interested in assisting physicians during the performance of invasive and diagnostic/interventional cardiac vascular neuro and electrophysiology procedures.

Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Completion of a certificate/training program or an Associates degree in health sciences is preferred (including but not limited to cardiovascular technology respiratory therapy nursing or emergency medical services).
Experience Qualifications
- 1 year of direct patient care experience is required.
- Previous cath lab or procedural experience is preferred.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- One of the following is required: Licensure in the state of practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Respiratory Therapist (RT) Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic OR graduate from an accredited cardiovascular technology program. - Certification or registry eligible as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
