Employment: Full Time
ServiceNet is looking for a skilled and dedicated Construction Lead to oversee daily operations on construction and renovation projects across our diverse portfolio of residential clinical and administrative properties. In this handson role youll supervise crews coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are completed safely on time and on budget. Youll also play a key role in mentoring team members and creating a positive productive work environment.
- Crew Management: Supervise and guide construction crews assigning tasks and ensuring highquality timely work.
- Mentorship & Training: Provide onthejob education in construction and repair techniques to less experienced staff.
- Site Layout & Efficiency: Organize and manage the physical layout of work sites for safety accessibility and efficiency.
- Project Oversight: Monitor daytoday progress to ensure timely budgetconscious project completion.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with subcontractors internal teams suppliers and stakeholders.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee external workers onsite ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Safety Monitoring: Enforce all safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and equipment across work sites.
- Reporting: Document progress materials usage and communicate updates or issues to Facilities leadership.
- At least five years of experience in construction building and repair work (or a comparable combination of education and experience).
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex project workflows.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Comfortable lifting 50100 pounds as needed on job sites.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations; OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
