About the Opportunity:

As one of ourPersonal Care Assistants (Living Support Partners you will be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincents Care Toowoomba. We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to residents individualised needs preferences and choices and are committed to building strong meaningful connections with residents.

Things that work for us:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential

  • 6 months experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check maybe a requirement of this role.
