Our newest office is based in Irvings Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains.

About the team
We engage with Fortune 500 customers on supply chain planning projects from ideation phase to solution configuration testing and golive to realize significant business results. We are empowered to take charge assume risks and make things happen!
What you will do
- Participate in deepdive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications documentation
- Perform solution configuration
- Deliver training to customer end users
- Understand supply chain industry trends and benchmark customer against the same
- Ensure the customer is obtaining business benefits as captured in the business case
- Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback
- Support data management and integration activities
What we are looking for
- Academic qualifications: BS/MS in Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Operations Research Computer Science Statistics or a related field with an outstanding academic record
- Passionate about customerfacing roles with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Excellent interpersonal communication facilitation and presentation skills
- Solid foundation in supply chain engineering concepts as well as statistical forecasting inventory management MRP and scheduling
- Highly selfmotivated with a proven ability to thrive in fastpaced and dynamic work environments that require continuous learning
- Interest in working with AI technologies related to supply and demand
- Willingness to travel 25 on average up to 100 occasionally) and the ability to work efficiently from client locations
