Your Impact
The Inside Sales Representative for our smallest agencies is a quotacarrying individual responsible for selling Axons full suite of products (hardware software and service solutions) to new and existing law enforcement customers via telesales and onsite client visits.
What Youll Do:
Location: On site 4 days per week in our Boston Ma office
Reports to:Inside Sales Manager
- Develops and executes regional sales plan by outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Outbound and inbound account management
- Provide effective product demos for enduser customers via phone and web conferencing.
- Promote Axons ecosystems of hardware software and service solutions
- Attend trainings to develop industry expertise
- Travel to client sites and conferences and Roadshows may be required
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent applicable experience
- 1 years experience in a full cycle Sales role
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
- Experience using Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook
- Able to work in fastpaced selfdirected entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication telephone and time management skills
- Highly energetic selfstarter
- Decisionmaking problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Able to multitask among shifting priorities

The Pay: The compensation for this role is made up of an uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between USD 47000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 63000 in the highest geographic market. On average the national commissions target is 66000 USD. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as: experience training transferable skills work experience business needs and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
