Manage and develop onsite support teams and recruit new talent
A day in the life As an IT Manager youll be responsible for multiple sites and work in different settings where no two days are the same. Youll make sure the IT infrastructure onsite is maintained and operational so that teams can deliver on behalf of our customers. Taking a datadriven approach youll find opportunities to increase automation and efficiency and pilot different technologies to support these objectives.
Youll report directly to the Regional IT Manager and will lead onsite support teams coordinate changes and technology launches and manage risks. This is a collaborative role that will see you working with site leaders and developing people in your team to progress.
A degree in Computer Science or another technical field.
Relevant experience in managing IT teams and projects.
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language.
Relevant experience of creating documents like narratives or white papers to present key metrics and their impact on business objectives.
Relevant experience working with networks IT infrastructure or system integration.
Experience in a fastpaced customercentric environment
Additional IT industry certifications
Experience of communicating with teams from different departments and at various levels of seniority
