Job Description

Classification Title:

STU AST NON CLERICAL & ADMIN

Job Description:

The Division of Enrollment Management is seeking student employees to assist in Operations performing the following duties:

Conduct inventory checks and fulfill supply requests
Operate a state vehicle for courier services and errands
Assist with various tasks related to facility management
Setup track and troubleshoot office equipment
Assist with document imaging
Perform other duties as needed by supervisor

Expected Salary:

$13/hour

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be available to work through Summer 2025 or longer
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours weekly
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as necessary to move computer equipment and other items
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office experience
