Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Our Leasing Consultant is the communitys sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
- Assist with viewing/touring the property providing accurate information about each apartment home properly process rental applications secure lease agreements from qualified persons and participate in lease renewals.
- Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.
