You will perform a wide variety of tasks in a manufacturing/production environment at our McKinney TX main duties will include laying up and bonding various composite materials such as prepreg graphite and fiberglass materials. You also may set up and operate a variety of composite manufacturing tools such as ovens autoclaves cut tables resin inject machines etc.

What You Will Do

  • Operate process equipment including autoclaves and ovens.

  • Read and follow assembly instructions engineering diagrams / instructions and prints.

  • Will be performing repetitive tasks in accordance with established standards.

  • May train and qualify on multiple processes.

  • Flexibility to work across shifts / off shift / weekends as needed to support customer needs.

  • Use of basic hand tools.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Manufacturing experience

  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with composite materials (prepreg resins graphite fiberglass and bagging).

  • Strong safety focus is required

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

Location:

North Texas: salary range for this role is 40000 USD 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
