Job Description
- Define a holistic annual category strategy across key commercial dimensions
- Work with respective Country/Cluster Head to tie category strategy into the broader country
- Collaborate with key central teams/ departments (e.g. VM Marketing CRM) to influence strategies
- Continuously analyze main business KPIs across Sales/Category/Customer/Product dimensions and plan correcting actions.
- Recommends adjustments and exceptions of local prices on brand/product level
- Create a fullyear promo plan accounting for category dynamics and relevancy and align actions with central promotion team
- Actively monitor campaign/ promo performance and track budget spend vs. local plan.
- Run topical/brand/product promotions on short notice depending on business need.
- Contribute to the business strategy and requirements for product sorting in PLP and search results
- Contribute to the business strategy and requirements for Upselling and Crossselling through the product recommendation boxes
- Collaboration with Graphics and Shop OPS teams for categoryrelated banners.
- Provide inputs for a continuous QA process to Shop Operations and signsoff (if needed) any adjustment in the category content.
Qualifications :
- Relevant experience in a similar FMCG / eCommerce environment ideally within pet sector
- Strong commercial and technical skills with deep understanding of the different core business functions and how they work together
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the proven ability to influence at all business levels
- Ability to understand customer needs and market requirements
- Proficieny in English and Native level of Polish language
- Hard working with a handson resultsfocused approach
- High analytical and numerical competency
