You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Mental Health Professional you will be responsible forpresenting relevant findings related to mental status and patient risk preparing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Be flexible to float across all clinic locations as needed unless specialized skills are required.
Follow all policies procedures and security regulations.
Provide healthcare services within scope of practice following applicable guidelines statutes standards and regulations.
Uphold the code of ethics associated with clinical specialty license or certification.
Comply with client policies and procedures acting as a patient advocate to preserve autonomy confidentiality and dignity. Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in EMR system.
Must commit to 4 shifts per 28day period
