DescriptionClean Harbors is seeking a District Sales Manager for our Western Ontariodistrict! This position is responsible to grow expand and maintain the required minimum base of revenues and number of customers within an assigned district and manage all Account Managers with the assigned district.

Responsibilities- Lead mentor and manage a team of sales representatives within the district.
- Set performance goals and monitor progress.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve district targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform/adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Use sales tools to track sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of the sales team and strategies.
- Provide regular updates (e.g. 1:1 Staff BDR) to senior management on performance.
- Manage the district sales budget including sales expenses.
- Set performance goals and monitor progress.
- Ensure adherence to company policies procedures safety and ethical standards.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
Qualifications- 510 years of previous B2B sales leadershipexperience.
- Environmental/Waste Management industry experience highly preferred.
- Strong technical skills and experience with CRM systems (salesforce highly preferred)
- Business development revenue enhancement and market strategy development.
- Education in Chemistry Environmental Science or related highly preferred.
- Flexibility to meet Travel Requirementsstated above.
- Residing in Western Ontario.
- G license and ability to be on the road 23 times per week visiting clients.
