Job Description
Widener Universitys College of Arts & Sciences is currently seeking highly qualified adjunct faculty to teach Chemistry. Parttime adjunct faculty may instruct 1 or 2 courses each semester on an as needed basis. Courses available for adjunct staffing are offered during the day and also in the evening. Adjunct faculty are expected to teach a specified course(s); prepare course materials; and provide support and guidance to students.

Preference will be given to candidates who have an ABD or PhD in Chemistry or closely related majors previous teaching experience and willingness to be flexible in class applications are to include a cover letter C.V. and contact information for three professional references. This is a pooled position from which Adjunct will be hired. This pooled position will serve as an electronic file and replace paper CVs. As openings occur applicants will be hired from this pool.
