Job File Coordinator
Job Overview: Our Omaha client is looking for a Job File Coordinator to join their team. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring fire and water damage restoration projects run smoothly from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is proactive detailoriented and a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills. If youre selfmotivated highly organized and take pride in providing exceptional service wed love to hear from you!

This is a Direct Hire role.


What you will be doing as a JFC Omaha

  • Monitor job file progress and ensure timely completion
  • Track job file audits and maintain documentation
  • Manage workinprogress (WIP) files
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Review and validate initial field documentation
  • Create preliminary estimates
  • Perform daily job file coordination and backup
  • Maintain clear internal and external communications
  • Prepare job file reports
  • Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audits
  • Manage the job closeout process
  • Assist other departments as needed
Skills you ideally bring to the table as a JFC Omaha
  • 1 year of experience in Xactimate estimating
  • 1 year of experience in mitigation (water fire mold or reconstruction)
  • Familiarity with uploading estimates/invoices in Xactanalysis and meeting insurance company requirements
  • Experience in estimate writing job file processes and quality assurance preferred
  • Prior experience in a service industry environment is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous tone
  • Strong customer service skills including active listening and problemsolving
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fastpaced teamoriented office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) and ability to learn new software
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check in compliance with applicable laws
