Job Description
OMB Bank loan assistants must be friendly personable and committed to delivering excellent customer service. They are responsible for processing loan applications and maintaining loan accounts. They also perform various clerical tasks to assist loan officers and bank staff.
- 3570 S. National Ave. Springfield MO 65807
- 8:00 am 5:00 pm Monday Friday; overtime and weekends based on loan volume
- Fulltime: 40 hours per week average
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 35 years of loan and/or loan processing experience
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Strong mathematical problemsolving and computer skills
- Basic knowledge of banking operations documentation policy and procedures
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills
- Willingness to proactively crosssell bank products & services
