Know Your Rights: Regional Medical Center is looking for an exceptional full time night shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cardiac team! A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) also known as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician focusing on tasks like monitoring vital signs administering medicaitons and assisting with patient care.
Bonus Options: up to $5000
Shifts Available: Nights
Employment Type: Full Time
Hours: 12 hour shift
Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties include but are not limited to:
- provide direct and indirect patient care services which requires technical and manual skills within the scope of practice that meet the psychosocial physical and general aspects of care
- meets the communication needs of the patient and family
- performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
- nurses provide CPR Patient Care Update Documentation Specimens and Vital Signs
- read and monitor EKGs

Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
- current and valid Alabama state license as a Licensed PracticalNurse
- current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- IV certification within 30 days and maintain current
- ACLS (AHA) certification within 60 days and maintain current
- one year experience in an applicable setting preferred
