Position Overview:
Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Inside Sales Representatives are a part of a 9month program designed to help you develop essential skills in sales and relationshipbuilding while contributing to the overall revenue goals of the club.
The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with a positive attitude and desire to learn. Whether youre new to sales or looking to expand your experience we value dedication curiosity and teamoriented approach the Club is committed to building and growing sales careers in professional sports. The role will report into the Clubs Inside Sales Managers and is expected to begin in the summer of 2025.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive ticket sales and ticket sales revenue through of sales calls (up to 100 per day) and weekly meetings
Achieve or surpass sales targets by utilizing levels of hustle metrics (calls talk time referrals appointments)
Generate new sales through season tickets and fullseason equivalent (FSE) ticket packages
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and develop innovative group sales programs
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and followup
Participate in sales promotional and team events to engage with new prospects and develop relationships during games and outside business hours
Provide bestinclass customer service for all prospects and clients
Maintain professionalism in all interactions daily by demonstrating excellent communication skills responsiveness and openness to feedback
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
A motivated resultsoriented individual with a passion of exceeding goals
Must display a strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment
Desire to be a sports sales industry leader
Have friendly professional and confident telephone manner
Ability to work nontraditional hours in nontraditional settings including all home games (or other work events) that fall on nights weekends and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous customer service or sales experience
Bachelors degree
Conversational Spanish language fluency
Compensation:
This role offers an hourly rateof $16.81and is commission eligible
This role is classified as Fulltime nonexempt
