Job Description
This is a remote position.
Do you get excited by contributing to company growth Plum Grove Inc. a onestop printing and marketing services agency in Cary IL is seeking an experienced Sales Executive located in the US (Work from Home) to join our organization. Plum Grove allows you to expand the marketing services offered to your current book of business and also to develop new relationships through networking and our warm lead pipeline.
We are a casual but dedicated team looking for a collaborative team player who upholds our family values and is passionate about exceeding client expectations. The perfect candidate will have a positive cando attitude will be selfmotivated to grow sales and will offer a proven track record of success. The position works remotely with minimal supervision.

Requirements
Key Job Activities
- Sell marketing solutions including printing direct mail advertising promotional products trade show displays and other marketing agency services
- Retain and grow existing clients
- Win new business and build longterm partnerships
- Crosssell services to increase relationship value
- Act as a liaison between a) clients b) CSR and Production
- Communicate with internal departments to complete projects accurately and exceed client expectations
Skills & Requirements
- Consistent track record of sales excellence
- Proven results selling marketing solutions (ex. printing direct mail promotional products trade show displays digital marketing marketing consulting etc.
- Work optimally in a team environment acting as a liaison with other departments including Marketing Customer Support and Production
- Maintain CRM with accurate client information
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Outlook Excel Word and CRM software
Experience & Education
- Minimum 5 to 7 years record of sales excellence in marketing solutions
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelors degree preferred
