As Operations Manager youll architect and optimize our shipping network ensuring seamless integration between Amazon Logistics (AMZL) and Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). Youll be the driving force behind operational excellence innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key job responsibilities
Spearhead crossfunctional initiatives to deliver breakthrough performance metrics.
Champion operational excellence across ATS and AMZL networks.
Partner with Sort Center and AMZL leadership to implement process improvements.
Lead strategic capacity planning and network optimization collaborating with S&OP and partner teams.
Design and execute business continuity strategies to ensure operational resilience.
Bachelors degree and/or relevant experience in the shipping industry 5 years minimum)
Experience in program or project management
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
Experience in supply chain
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken)
Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
