Title: Clinical Dietitian I
Location: FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport IL
Aramark Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our dynamic and compassionate healthcare team as a Clinical Dietitian at FHN Memorial Hospital.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work in a fastpaced patientcentered environment providing topnotch care to a diverse patient population. The Clinical Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients.

FHN Memorial Hospital is a 100 bed acute care hospital located in Freeport Illinois. It is known for providing comprehensive healthcare services to the residents of the surrounding communities. The hospital is equipped with modern facilities and staffed by a team of highly trained medical professionals. Some of the services offered by FHN Memorial Hospital include emergency care diagnostic imaging inpatient and outpatient surgery and rehabilitation services. Additionally the hospital may be known for having specialties in certain areas of medicine such as cardiology or orthopedics.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess patients nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history current health status and specific needs
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
- Monitor patients progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
- Stay uptodate with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: Thesalary range for this position ranges from $50000.00 to $60000.00 depending on circumstances including an applicants skills and qualifications certain degrees and certifications prior job experience market data and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramarks good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired employee will be in an atwill position and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON including BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance Aramark or individual department/team performance and market factors.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required or the ability to obtain RD / RDN within 6 months
- Licensed Dietitian status in Illinois within 6 months of hire
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition
