As an Operational Excellence Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and manage tactical approaches to support business groups to reach their transformation goals. Work in the context of larger scale transformations with multiple stakeholders.
Lead engagement teams to produce highquality deliverables on schedule and within budget. Drive collaboration across Strategy & Transformation teams and stakeholder groups ensuring alignment with the Project Sponsors expectations.
Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (eg Business Process Mapping Value Stream Mapping Training and other continuous improvement strategies) to identify and eliminate waste. Identify analyze and develop business processes and workflows (asis and tobe) through client workshops and interviews. Where applicable champion the use of digital tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with change management and communications teams to support the people aspect of each transformation and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Champion the use of data tools to develop models and dashboards that deliver meaningful insights for decisionmaking at various organizational levels.
Deliver workshops and presentations to provide insights and promote continuous improvement. Utilize collaboration tools for virtual facilitation where required.
Experiences and skills youll use to solve
Enterpriselevel experience with a proven record in operational excellence and Lean transformations (Lean Management process mapping stakeholder collaboration working with highperforming teams or utilizing technology to support operational improvements)
Selfmotivated driven. Ability to take and apply feedback.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives manage the completion of multiple competing priorities and coach others to deliver with quality. Ability to work within ambiguous environments and provide support to junior resources. Ability to manage engagement risk and project economics including planning budgeting and billing.
Ability to analyze complex problems evaluate information and ensure that the presented solutions are based on facts and data.
Familiarity with implementing process reengineering strategies such as Lean and Six Sigma. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Green or Black Belt is not required but is an asset.
Interest in continually upskilling and a curiosity for emerging technologies and their applications in operational excellence. Experience with tools and techniques that facilitate digital transformation is not but is an asset.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to present complex ideas in a clear simplified manner. Ability to engage with stakeholders of any seniority in a professional manner.
Experience with inperson and virtual meetings or workshop facilitation. Familiarity with design thinking cocreation personas or journey mapping is not required but is an asset.
Openness to learning new tools and adapting to virtual and client environments.

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this position is $92200 $153800 plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills experience qualifications and geographic location.
*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location. PwC is committed to competitive compensation and sharing salary ranges in accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation as they arise.
