Join the GSF Last Mile team as a Program Manager. As Program Manager you will be responsible for implementing various process improvement project which will help driving operational performance in a highly metric driven environment. viz. Quality Cost and Delivery
Basis the nature of the IN Fresh business and charter the team will work on key pillars of (a) Reducing upstream and OOR defects (b) Implementation of new product initiatives (c) Driving cost saving projects and d) Improving on initiatives which will drive automation. Defining input and output metrics around the key pillars setting up path to greens and achieving the milestones will be the program managers responsibility.

1. Ability to utilize exceptional problem solving and communication skills to influence operations and business stakeholders
2. Deep dive on daily operational metrics identify gaps and suggest long term actions to meet organizational goals
3. Execute strategic plans on ground in collaboration with other stakeholders
4. Lead or contribute in national level projects on quality improvement/ operational excellence/ cost optimization
5. Invent and Simplify work flows to build process automation and Hands of the Wheel approach with partner teams
6. Earn trust with partner teams to execute routine and unique tasks more efficiently
3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelors degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
