The Amazon Key team is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Analyst who combines strong analytical capabilities with operational excellence to help drive our growing business forward. Were looking for professionals who can balance datadriven decision making with practical in support of installation processes and other programs. As part of the Amazon Key team you will serve as a member of operations and will partner with crossfunctional teams while developing and maintaining key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of installation device health and support operations. Youll perform data analysis to continuously improve programs through the generation of actionable insights that you will help to implement.
Working closely with program managers sales leaders business development managers and product teams youll help build and execute the operational frameworks that enable sales success while maintaining the reporting and analytics infrastructure needed to measure and enhance performance.
Key job responsibilities
Design develop and maintain key operational metrics reports analyses and dashboards
Own the establishment of data sets to uncover key insights which youll then use to drive action.
Create and maintain forecast models to minimize business risks and maximize opportunities
Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement solutions that improve sales effectiveness
Prepare and deliver business reviews to management regarding progress opportunities and challenges
Drive the evolution of sales operations tools and applications to increase productivity and efficiency
3 years of sales operations business analysis or related analytical field experience
5 years of Excel proficiency (including VBA pivot tables array functions power pivots)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Proven experience with SQL
Strong track record of using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Project management experience
Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
Knowledge of sales productivity metrics and KPIs
Experience in developing sales incentive programs
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek leadership input
Excellence in stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
