As a Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic you will work with patients to help them regain mobility manage pain and improve their overall physical wellbeing. Your expertise and dedication will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a fouryear college degree program in Physical Therapy; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in providing physical therapy treatments; may require orthopedic experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and possession of a valid State of Michigan Physical Therapy license.

The job requires significant physical effort and involves performing stretching/resistance exercises for patients lifting patients from wheel chairs moving equipment and demonstrating exercises 26 to 75 of the time.
Exposure to human blood serum and other body fluids; and materials covered under Universal Precautions; TB risk or work within three 3 feet of patients in a health care setting; wear a respirator.
