Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Research Fellows primary role is to conduct research disseminate research findings the author grants with PIs and work with the PI team to institutionalize BUILDrelated programs. To this end the fellow must be able to: conduct literature reviews; develop implement and analyze quantitative and qualitative research results; prepare manuscripts for publication in peerreviewed journals; prepare and coauthor proposals reports and presentations; collaborate with faculty and administrators to institutionalization equitable student research training; develop and/or assess online training modules; and contribute to the design and implementation of programs to promote equity.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in STEM STEM Education or a related field.
Knowledge Specialized Skills and Abilities:
Experience in working with diverse undergraduate student populations; experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods; ability to communicate effectively through both oral and written channels; strong interpersonal organizational and time management skills; familiarity with online learning; demonstrate tact a positive attitude courtesy and discretion in dealing with administrators faculty staff and students; work independently as well as function effectively in a team and in a diverse setting; exercise independent judgment in complex new and/or stressful situations; manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines; adaptability and flexibility.
Pay Benefits & Work Schedule
This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).
Schedule: MondayFriday 8 am 5 pm
Full Pay Range: $32244.00 $201276.00 annually
The anticipated hiring range: $65000 $75000
Time Base: FullTime

THE SELECTED CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO PASS A THOROUGH DEPARTMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION.
