Concierge Agent
Location: Crete
Employment Type: Contract
Ref: HO/ COCr
Position Scope
To ensure that we along with our network of partners provide efficient prompt and professional services that meet and exceed our guests expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operates the Mitsis Concierge platform.
- Understands customers needs and provides personalized solutions regarding activities facilities and services provided by the hotel.
- Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to the wishes and requirements.
- Collaborates with reception staff to meet guests needs.
- Optimizes revenue through sales of concierge services.
Requirements
- Degree or Certificate in Hospitality and/or related field (preferred).
- Hospitality experience anticipating the needs of hotel guests is needed. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel PowerPoint etc..
- Business fluency in spoken and written English (proficiency diploma required).
- Knowledge of an additional language would be an asset.

- Sales and businessoriented with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer serviceoriented with impeccable communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and have an approachable and professional manner.
- Strong initiative and proactiveness in a team environment.
