Job Summary:
The Ground Radars & Platforms Center within Systems Integration & Test seeks talented Systems Engineers to support the Patriot program. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. Whether in hardware software networking or some combination of all three youll be stretched to learn about how our systems work and identify the sources of new and unexpected issues through lots of troubleshooting and data analysis.
Youll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. In this role youll get to know a little bit about every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all work together supporting teams of engineers engaged in integration and test efforts across the program.
This position is an onsite role in Andover MA. About 20 travel is expected to support test events with the ability to support testing on multiple shifts.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Operate our systems as well as related simulators/stimulators
- Identify and resolve issues and anomalies through debugging/troubleshooting and data analysis
- Integrate hardware or software into a tactical system and evaluate the functionality and impact of these changes
- Develop integration documentation execute plans and procedures process and analyze data and communicate results
- Communicate with internal and/or external stakeholders
- Travel to support mission at applicable facility test site vendor and/or customer location
What You Will Learn:
After completion of comprehensive onthejob training the candidate will be a part of a team supporting Systems Integration & Test activities across the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Masters degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience with handson troubleshooting root cause identification corrective action implementation and verification
- Experience with tools such as MATLAB or Python for data analysis and automation
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in systems software and/or integration & test
- Experience using DOORS or other requirements management tools
- Experience support test events with radar systems weapons systems or command and control systems

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
