Job Description
Instructor BSN Program Health Promotion & Disease Prevention Dept. College of Nursing
Full Time NonTenure Track
Responsibilities
Teaching responsibilities include both didactic course work and clinical supervision of students.
Responsibilities for this role include clinical practice assignment in the hospital and skills/simulation lab in addition to educational responsibilities.
Research/scholarship activities as well as service responsibilities will be determined in collaboration with the Department Chair.
Qualifications
- Minimal requirements for the position include an RN license and a Master of Science in Nursing.
- All degrees must be from an accredited program.
- Academic rank is at the instructor or assistant professor level based upon academic credentials.
Departmental Preferences:
- Recent experience in psychiatric and mental health nursing is required.
- Teaching experience in a professional nursing program is desired.
