Job Overview
The Sr. Solutions Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of TMobiles Solutions Engineers supporting complex solutionsincluding ANS (Private 5G) and IoTacross Enterprise SMB SLED and Strategic segments. TMobiles Solutions Engineering team is known for its deep expertise in Business IT environments and this role will help elevate that expertise with solution architecture software development and AI. By introducing modern technologies and practices this leader will drive scalable solution design accelerate deal velocity and further expand TMobiles footprint with highvalue customers.

We are looking for a collaborative leader who values diverse perspectives thrives in crossfunctional settings and is eager to nurture talent and spur innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development: Lead coach and develop a team of Sr. Solution Engineers and Solution Engineers supporting presales efforts for complex solutions (ANS IoT etc.. Introduce new skill setsespecially in software solution architecture and AIto keep the team at the forefront of industry trends.

SeniorLevel Customer Engagements: Participate in executivelevel presentations with strategic customers. Provide technical leadership to help sales teams close highvalue opportunities involving complex multipartner solutions.

CrossFunctional Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with Sales Product Engineering Marketing and Training teams to drive results. Influence roadmap and gotomarket strategies for complex solutions.

Process & Initiative Champion: Lead initiatives to enhance solution repeatability reduce timetoquote and improve sales enablement. Promote organizational best practices foster innovative solution approaches and encourage knowledgesharing.

Strategic Advisor & Planning: Serve as a trusted technical advisor and partner to the Director Solutions Engineering & ANS shaping longterm plans for solution delivery team structure and talent development.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in technical sales solution engineering solution architecture or technical consulting
  • 3 years of direct people leadership experience managing highperforming technical teams
  • History of delivering complex customercentric solutions in B2B or enterprise environments
  • Indepth knowledge of networking cloud services and managed solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment across crossfunctional teams
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or a related field; or equivalent work experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in software development solution architecture or SaaS delivery models
  • Exposure to or experience with AI/ML and related enterprise use cases
  • Proven track record of organizational transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Passion for teambuilding mentorship and cultivating an inclusive innovative culture

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $152600 $275300 inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $106820 $192710

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this rolebased on hiring location TMobile employees in regular nontemporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
