Job Description

Were seeking a dynamic enthusiastic and techsavvy product owner to join Manulifes Global Digital Acceleration team. Ideal candidates will excel at using data to drive global digital adoption. Your expertise in consumer behavior and digital technology will be crucial in advancing Manulifes digital adoption capabilities. Youll collaborate with digital product managers worldwide to establish monitor and enhance digital adoption supporting Manulifes goal of becoming a Digital Customer Leader. Position Responsibilities:

  • Own the Digital Customer Leader Dashboard which measures progress against digital transformation
  • Deliver timely and accurate global KPI results aligned with digital customer leadership best practices
  • Champion adoption of the dashboard ensuring it reflects essential KPIs
  • Collaborate with digital product managers to set ambitious targets and pivot strategies when needed
  • Curate the Digital Adoption Playbook integrating internal and external best practices
  • Source and report digital adoption benchmarks to ensure an outsidein perspective
  • Deep dive into KPI data and customer journeys to drive informed decisionmaking
  • Contribute to the Value Stream Roadmap and annual objectives
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously enhance product features
  • Ensure data quality and governance principles are upheld with a focus on automation

The ideal candidate is:

  • A persuasive communicator adept at engaging executives
  • Passionate about emerging digital technologies and their impact on user experiences
  • Comfortable navigating technical discussions with developers and making strategic tradeoffs
  • Organizational savvy with a knack for influencing action
  • Intellectually curious and thrives in ambiguous environments
  • Experience working in an Agile framework and tools like JIRA Confluence

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of digital product management experience with a comprehensive understanding of digital engagement
  • 5 years as a lean agile practitioner
  • Experience with Power BI is advantageous
  • Experience with mobile apps marketing data NPS and customer analytics experience would be an asset
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or Google Cloud would be an asset
  • Background in Financial Services/Marketing/Insurance is a plus
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred
  • Product Management certification is desirable

Salary range is expected to be between

$100950.00 CAD $181710.00 CAD
