Were on the hunt for an experienced Horticulturisttostep into a key role within our highend residential garden maintenance team. Basedon the stunning Mornington Peninsula youll take charge of some of theregions most beautiful private gardensleading with care precision andpride.

As part of this dynamic role youll be:
- Leading a maintenance team onsite
- Coordinating tasks and ensuring highquality work
- Liaising with clients as a professional representative of the brand
- Helping shape and improve some of the best gardens in the region.

What Youll Need
- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential landscape maintenance
- Cert II in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens
- Team leadership skills (mentoring junior staff members will be a key part of your role)
- The ability to present well and liaise confidently with Smart Landscapes clients
- A passion for plants gardens and high standards
- An eye for detail
- Reliability and a solid work ethic
- A drivers licence
