Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and maintaining information in our company databases and systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity and supporting various departments with accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Enter update and verify data in internal databases and systems
Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and customer data
Review data for discrepancies and resolve any inconsistencies
Prepare reports and retrieve data as requested by supervisors
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed
Follow data entry procedures and company standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry administrative support or a similar role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
