The Head Start program is designed to offer acceptance into the Year 1 Formation Program while also giving successful candidates a head start on their service by beginning their employment with CCO four months prior to the start of the program*. This is a great option for students convocating in the Fall semester. Receive our worldclass training in evangelization and intentional accompaniment working directly as part of a dynamic team of missionaries serving in on one of Campus Movements:
After completing the Year 1 Formation Program you may be invited to continue as a CCO Missionary with a 2year contract.
*Employment begins at the end of December. From September to December Head Start employees will receive training and accountability in raising the necessary support for their first four months of employment. The Formation Program begins on May 1st at our New Hire Orientation. The following summer months are spent in initial training and Support Team Partnership Development (STPD see job posting and description).
ADDITIONAL INFO
- The location for this position is to be determined for each successful candidate in accordance with CCOs placements consideration.
- Campus Head Start Missionaries receive a monthly salary equivalent to the minimum wage of the province of employment and are based on a 40 hour work week. Salaries increase with years of experience.

- Two must be Character References. One must be CCO Missionary and the 2nd Character reference must adequately attest to your character and cannot be a family member.
