JOB SUMMARY
Mamaqtuq Restaurant is looking for a vibrant customerfocused individual to join our dynamic team as a FullTime Day Server. In this role youll be essential in crafting a welcoming atmosphere and providing outstanding service to ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience.
As a Server you will provide attentive and personalized service to our guests take orders and deliver an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities include accurately presenting menu options offering recommendations ensuring order accuracy and addressing guest inquiries. Collaborating with kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and organized dining area are also crucial aspects of this role. Your friendly demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the positive reputation of Mamaqtuq.
We currently have openings for day servers. This is a fulltime role with scheduled shifts totaling between 32 and 40 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be/have:
- Proven experience as a server in a fastpaced restaurant environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and a commitment to upholding Mamaqtuqs service standards.
- Flexibility to work daytime shifts including weekends and holidays.
