Job Description
- Provide administrative support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders
- Create & maintain project documentations & reports
- Assure document and information updated and transferred within project team
- Setup project meetings and prepare MOM
- Support PM in sample management
Qualifications :
- 13 years of working experience using project management principles desired
- Basic background knowledge on PM processes & tools
- Basic understanding on specific division products & systems
- Become an independent interface with internal customers and stakeholders
- Basic understanding on CIP contribute to process improvement
- Understand about internal customers requests
- Have basic knowledge on leading topic: leading yourself
