Position: Fine Jewellery Client Advisor
Salary:pa

To be considered for this role a proven track record in luxury retail is a prerequisite and any expertise in luxury Swiss watch brands and fine jewellery would be advantageous. We strongly encourage individuals who enjoys cultivating relationships are passionate about brand heritage and storytelling and are enthusiastic in watch technicalities to apply for this role.

Job Overview

As a Client Advisor for our client you will play a pivotal role in embodying the essence of our brand in every client interaction. You will utilize your unique flair to ensure each clients experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Passionate about our brand you will serve as a dedicated ambassador consistently exceeding sales targets and fostering longlasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deepen relationships with clients to foster lifetime loyalty and increase spending.
  • Meet or surpass monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Gather and maintain client data to enhance personalized service.
  • Cultivate new and existing client connections driving repeat business.
  • Promote key product pillars to drive overall business growth.
  • Service:
  • Enhance instore experiences by delivering memorable moments to each client.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during selling ceremonies infusing them with the signature brand touch.
  • Uphold client experience behaviours outlined within the brands program ensuring consistency.
  • Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities creating unique experiences.
  • Act on client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Previous experience in retail luxury retail or relevant clientfocused roles (e.g. hospitality).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to work nontraditional hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse client base effectively.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or prior coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) (Preferred)
