About You

You have a strong sales background with experience in consultative solutiondriven approaches. Your technical knowledge helps you understand complex client needs and deliver tailored digital solutions. You excel at building relationships communicating clearly and working with crossfunctional teams. A strategic thinkeryoureproactive and driven by helping clients succeed always aiming to provide exceptional service.


Your Role

As aSeniorAccount Executive at Optimus Information you will embark on arewardingjourney where your skills make a significant impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding Client Needs:Use your consultative sellingexpertiseto uncover client challenges and deliver innovative tailored solutions that drive success.
  • Navigating Complexity:Apply your technical acumen to tackle complex scenarios ensuring exceptional support and guidance throughout the client journey.
  • Driving Engagement:Collaborate closely with Microsoft to launch targeted campaigns that attract quality leads andshowcaseourcuttingedgesolutions.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration:Partner with talented teams across engineering sales and marketing to define offerings and execute projects that delight our clients.
  • Maximizing Opportunities: Identify upsell crosssell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts to ensure sustained growth and longterm relationships.
  • Fostering Growth:Lead new business development initiatives building strong client relationships that empower their digital transformation journeys.

Your Background

  • 810 years of sales experience in the tech space ideally focusing on Microsoft Azure or related cloud solutions.
  • Strong sales experience particularly in a consultative selling role with a proventrack recordof achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated account management and relationshipbuilding skills with midtolarge organizations.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate across teams to close deals effectively.
  • Passion for helping clients navigate their digital transformation journey and achieve theirobjectives.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills thatfacilitateseamless communication with crossfunctional teams.
  • A hustler mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong strategic thinker capable of balancing client needs with technical solutions to deliver results.
  • Ambitious problem solver who embraces challenges and seeks innovative solutions.
