Join Southwest Behavioral Health Services The Leading Behavioral Health System in Arizona. We are currently looking for Direct Care Provider to join our Community Living program!
Job Preview at a Glance
As a Direct Care Provider you will provide screening assessment treatment planning life skills prevocational training related documentation case management crisis intervention individual and/or group counseling services to seriously mentally ill consumers in a residential environment. Responsible for contributing to and creating a recoverybased environment.
Location: Goodnow Community Living
Pay Range: $16$18 per hour based on experience and education.
Schedule: MondayFriday Schedule
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement consists of a 22year age
- A High School Diploma/GED and six months of fulltime Behavioral Health experience/integrated health experience; OR
- A related Associates degree and six weeks of fulltime Behavioral Health/integrated health experience; OR
- A nonrelated Associates degree and one year of fulltime behavioral health/integrated health experience; OR
- A related bachelors degree; OR
- A nonrelated bachelors degree plus six months of relevant experience in behavioral health.
- MVR clearance required.
- Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive upon hire (as required per program requirements).
