Production Lead Mentor Coach and Drive Success

Location: Hutchinson Correctional East Facility onsite with Electrex Inc.
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
Relocation: Local candidates only
Background Check: Department of Corrections NCIC clearance required

What Youll Do
Coach and Train: Lead by teaching. Train production team members across departments and ensure crosstraining for flexibility and growth.
Lead Daily Operations: Oversee workflow and assignments across production areas: cut packards hand ultrasonic build braid and inspection.
Drive Team Success: Monitor progress against goals report using Excel and Power BI dashboards and coach the team toward continuous improvement.
Ensure Quality & Safety: Enforce compliance with quality standards and safety protocols keeping the team accountable.
Keep Processes Sharp: Maintain current process documentation and ensure your team is always working with the latest revisions and standards.
Communicate Clearly: Share updates changes and process improvements with your team to keep everyone aligned.
Build Team Culture: Foster a positive productive environment where employees feel supported and encouraged.
What Were Looking For
Experience: 5 years in a manufacturing environment with experience training and coaching team members.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead by example and develop team culture focused on safety quality and productivity.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly guide and motivate the team.
Process Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 9001 standards manufacturing processes and production planning.
Problem Solver: Ability to quickly address production issues and implement effective solutions.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with data analysis and performance reporting is a plus.
Commitment to Growth: Passionate about developing others and improving manufacturing performance.
