**This role can be based in Bellevue WA**
Would you like to be part of a team focused on driving innovation in the transportation industry while working to empower entrepreneurs and contribute to Amazons sustainability goals Amazon Freight Partner is a new program that enables entrepreneurs to start and grow their trucking business alongside Amazon with exclusive training ability to hire from their local communities and longterm growth potential. The Amazon Freight Partner team is seeking candidates with entrepreneurial spirit who are quick learners and comfortable operating in a fastpaced environment.
As a Sr. Product Manager in this role you will be responsible for building products that enable our partners to execute safely at a low cost and compliant with rules and regulations. You will be responsible for defining the product features work with cross functional teams (product engineering pricing marketing fleet legal etc. to get the program off the ground develop and execute the scaling strategy and manage the product roadmap. You will make key strategic decisions and get buyin from senior leadership across transportation. If you enjoy building from scratch working in a fastpaced environment and structuring ambiguous problems this could be a great role for you.
As an ideal candidate you will need an extensive background in product management demonstrated leadership of highimpact strategic initiatives and experience in managing and launching products. You possess the ability to synthesize customer pain points craft product vision and roadmaps develop requirements and manage all aspects of . This requires rapid learning in new domain areas understanding integration between products and systems technical skillsets in analyzing data to make product decisions. This role offers an opportunity to play a prominent role in leading efforts that make a difference to our customers while improving our efficiency and cost structure. Successful candidates should be analytical comfortable thinking big and diving deep and have a proven track record of endtoend project ownership and successfully delivering results in a fastpaced dynamic business environment.

5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
