About the Role
We seek a Senior IT Architect fo the design and implementation of scalable secure and productiongrade AI solutions through demonstrating Microsoft Azure AI Services Azure Cloud and AWS Cloud technologies. This key position links data science MLOps and cloud architecture for the delivery of businesscritical AI applications and infrastructure. You will collaborate with various teams including data scientists engineers product managers and cloud architects to produce AIpowered experiences and platforms that promote innovation automation and enterprise value.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Solution Architecture: Design endtoend AI/ML architectures bringing to bear Azure AI Services (e.g. Azure OpenAI Cognitive Services Azure ML) and AWS AI/ML offerings (e.g. SageMaker Bedrock Rekognition).
- Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment: Develop secure scalable and efficient AI/ML infrastructure on Azure and AWS ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and security requirements.
- AI Platform Strategy & Integration: Develop and evolve internal AI platforms for model development training deployment and monitoring using tools like Azure Machine Learning MLflow SageMaker and Kubeflow.
- CrossCloud Interoperability: Architect AI systems capable of running across multiple cloud environments with efficient workload distribution and governance.
- MLOps & Automation: Establish MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of AI models incorporating monitoring model versioning and automated retraining workflows.
- Technical Leadership: Guide AI development mentor engineers promote AI/ML engineering practices and advocate for responsible AI and cloudnative development.
- Collaborator Engagement: Work closely with business collaborators to translate requirements into AI solutions and articulate sophisticated technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in software engineering or data architecture with AI/ML solution design.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI Cognitive Services Azure ML).
- Handson experience with AWS AI Services (SageMaker Rekognition Comprehend Bedrock).
- Proficiency in Python including AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn.
- Demonstrable grasp of MLOps tools DevOps workflows containers (Docker Kubernetes) and APIs.
- Validated experience designing and deploying enterprisegrade AI solutions at scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GenAI tools and LLM integration in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of data governance model interpretability and responsible AI practices.
- Understanding of hybrid or multicloud architecture standard methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $113500.00$160000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
