Senior Manager / Associate Director of Cash Operations

Position Overview:The Director of Cash Operations will be responsible for overseeing the companys cash pooling structures cash management strategies ensuring efficient cash flow and optimizing liquidity across all global operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in cash operations treasury management and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize financial risk across all regions.

  • Oversee daily cash operations including cash pooling liquidity cash forecasting cash positioning and payment processing.

  • Work with internal stakeholders on accuracy and completeness of cash forecasting and variance analysis.

  • Collaborate with finance accounting tax and legal teams to ensure efficient of internal financing accurate reporting and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms for cash management services including bank relationship and account rationalization.

  • Monitor cash flow trends and provide insights to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.

  • Lead and mentor the cash operations team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Implement technology solutions to enhance cash management processes and reporting capabilities.

  • Conduct regular assessments of cash management policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure the adherence to internal and SOX controls.

  • Collaboration with Business Unit Controllers for banking needs and requirements on a global scale.

  • Consult on the integration of acquired entities and offboarding of divested entities.

  • Prepare and present reports on cash operations to the executive team and stakeholders.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $102387 to $176946.75. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
