Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist you ll lead efforts to increase brand visibility drive product demand and grow revenue. This role blends strategic planning with handson managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels collaborating with crossfunctional teams and analyzing market trends to inform smarter decisions and maximize marketing performance.

Your Daily Tasks
Departmental Duties
- Manage customer interactions by reviewing and responding to emails comments and inquiries in a timely professional manner
- Create and edit the monthly social media content calendar
- Coordinate with influencers to support promotional campaigns including scheduling and reviewing their work
- Write and edit copy for store promotions blogs creative briefs radio scripts social media captions instore announcements and receipt messages
- Draft head office memos related to store promotions signage changes and other critical communications
- Gather and analyze marketing data including campaign results conversion rates website traffic social media engagement and competitor benchmarks
- Prepare monthly KPI scorecards for the marketing department
Campaign Management
- Develop implement and oversee marketing campaigns across digital print social media and email channels
- Monitor and assess campaign performance providing actionable insights and improvement recommendations
Content Creation
- Create and curate engaging content for social media blogs websites and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with designers writers and creatives to produce highquality marketing assets
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive strategies
- Analyze data to inform and refine marketing tactics
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency in brand voice messaging and visual identity across all platforms
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines
Event Coordination
- Plan and execute promotional events
- Manage event logistics including vendor coordination and production of marketing materials
Digital Marketing
- Oversee the company s social media presence including scheduling content engaging audiences and tracking analytics
- Optimize website content for SEO and manage paid online advertising (e.g. Google Ads social media ads)
Partnerships and Collaborations
- Identify and establish relationships with key partners influencers and stakeholders
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives and sponsorships
Reporting and Analytics
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing activities
- Use datadriven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
Education Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- 4 7 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics social media tools)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Creative problemsolver with the ability to think strategically
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite CRM platforms)
