Position Qualifications: | Must be a Registered Mental Health Intern in the State of Florida or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Must have a masters degree in mental health counseling guidance psychology or rehabilitation counseling at a college or university. |
Preferred Qualifications | Demonstrated record of successful performance in and commitment to the practice of psychotherapy with both individuals and group excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a warm caring respectful and nonjudgmental manner; skilled collaborator to work as part of a team with students colleagues and other professionals/administrators. Experience working in a university counseling center; experience initiating and developing outreach programs for both the general student body and targeted underserved groups; demonstrated commitment and competency in working with ethnic minorities |
