About the Team
The Supply Chain Operations team plans and drives the manufacturing shipping reception storage and delivery of Rokus entire product portfolio. Our logistics team works crossfunctionally with planning factory management new product introduction and order management to build and ship Rokus product within the required time frame and with a laser focus on cost and quality. The 3PL and Distribution Manager is part of the Supply Chain Operations team partnering with Rokus logistics suppliers and will oversee the daytoday tactical and strategical plans to ship products ontime to Rokus customers.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Order & Supply Management Specialist to join our team in Austin Texas. In this role you will be responsible for managing the endtoend order and supply chain processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize inventory levels streamline order processing and enhance overall customer satisfaction. A solutionsoriented mindset and strong customer communication skills are essential for success in this role.
What youll be doing:
- Efficiently process and manage customer orders ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with suppliers logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status delivery updates and any issues that may arise. Provide clear timely and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and resolve order and supply chain discrepancies promptly working with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues
- Understand the delta between current state and future state suggest improvement and support in materializing the appropriate changes
- Generate and analyze reports on order and supply chain performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work closely with sales logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and supply chain operations
- Ensure all orders and supply chain activities comply with company policies and procedures as well as any relevant regulations
Were excited if you have
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
- 2 years of experience in order management supply chain or a related role preferably in the consumer electronics industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in order management and supply chain systems (NetSuite a plus) as well as Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Problemsolving skills and a proactive solutionsoriented approach to identifying and addressing issues
- Strong customer communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
